I’m Evelyn, the founder of Heart and Home Support. After three decades in healthcare - as a nurse, senior manager, and educator - I saw too many families left feeling unheard, overwhelmed, or lost in the system.
I wanted to create something different: care coordination that feels personal, simple, and trustworthy. A service that listens, advocates, and always does what it says.
Heart and Home Support exists for seniors and families who want more than just care - they want peace of mind, dignity, and the freedom to make their own choices.

The Inspiration Behind Heart & Home Support
Heart & Home Support was born from both professional insight and personal experience. Over the years, I’ve walked alongside families who were overwhelmed, unsure where to turn, and simply wanted the best for their ageing loved ones. I’ve seen firsthand the gaps that can exist between services and the real human needs of older people - connection, trust, compassion, and continuity.
The inspiration for this business came from a desire to change that - to offer more than just care, but care with heart. I wanted to create a local, personalised service that empowers older people to live their lives with dignity and choice, surrounded by familiar comforts, in the place they love most: their home.
